DKIM not working when setting up email domain

There is however still another issue. (From the forum post you archived regarding DKIM)

 

Shopify DNS settings doesn't allow underscores for CNAME records. (Saying it's not valid, however that's not an issue with other providers)

 

Because of this it's currently not possible to setup DKIM for Zendesk for example.
