All things Shopify and commerce
I am not very good at designing, I am talking with someone to do it for me but they ask for my email and password my url shopify website and the access code for Collaborator. Is it okay to give them the password? Isnt the acces code good enough? I just want to be sure before proceeding

Hola @sergillo ,
Be careful about sharing your account credentials online! Once that information is out there, it can be easily shared to other people who may use it for their own benefit.
Here is an official Shopify article explaining how to use collaborator accounts to make your client’s experience even better.
The Shopify Collaborator Account: What You Need to Know - Shopify
You should receive a notification like this when the designer requests to collaborate with you:
You can remove the Collaborator from your store after your business with them has concluded.

Hi, @sergillo
What You Should Do:
1. Invite them as a Collaborator:
Go to your Shopify Admin.
Click Settings > Users and permissions > Collaborators.
Give them your .myshopify.com URL and the Collaborator request code (if you have it enabled).
Once they send the request, you approve it.
2. Use Collaborator Access to set permissions:
You can choose exactly what areas of the store they can access (e.g. themes, products, orders, etc).
You stay in full control, and you can revoke access at any time.
What You Shouldn't Do:
Don't share your Shopify account password: This gives someone full, unrestricted access to your store, including billing, sensitive customer data, and more.
Don’t share your email credentials: That’s not required for any Shopify work.
Hope this helps! If yes then Please don't forget hit Like and Mark it as solution!

Hi there! hope you are well.
Ian here from Fast Bundle.
You can provide them with collaborator access to the parts you are convinced they need the access to. It's never needed to send your User and Password to anyone.
Take care and Keep safe 😃
