I would like to know if you use a CRM system that completes your online chat, ticket system, show you how many customers have been on your website.
I’ve been exploring various options for managing online customer interactions and found that a well-integrated system can really streamline things. I read that someone mentioned using Jira for their support tickets, which got me thinking about the benefits of having features like jira filters. They can help prioritize customer queries based on urgency or type, making it easier to stay organized. As for tracking website visitors, it’s super useful to see how many customers are engaging with your site. I haven't implemented a full CRM yet, but I'm definitely leaning toward one that can handle both chats and tickets effectively.
