Shopify Balance is fairly new still but we have seen a lot of merchants opting in and really enjoying their experience with it.

In order for you to get a better reach with your question so you can hear from other merchants about this, I would recommend reaching out in our general discussion board instead of just the regional board for Los Angeles:  Shopify Discussions - Shopify Community .
