Does it work with QB Online?

I converted from QB POS to Shopify and currently use QB Dekstop, to date I have not been able to get the (or any) connector to work...Does Shopify work better with QuickBooks ONLINE? I can not maintain the amount of manual entry I have to do currently between Shopify and QB Desktop
