Does Shopify provide full credit card details in case of a chargeback?

When an order is placed and a credit card is used does Shopify capture the full credit card number?  The full number (as I understand) identifies the bank that issued the card.  We've been a victim of multiple purchases by an individual and he/she is now charging back the purchase amounts. Fortunately only one order had been shipped and received by the scammer....I cancelled the other orders.  

I've attempted to contact Mastercard but it's been impossible to speak to a human.  In order to pursue this matter I need the name of the bank that issued the card.  I fully realize the probability  of any success in getting this scammer is slim to none....but a try beats a total failure.

There would be no way for you - as a store owner - to see the full credit card number used by the customer.

Thank you for responding....the full credit card number is the request of law enforcement.  Who can they (the Detective handling the case) contact.  It would seem to me Shopify would be excited about having a crook caught and prosecuted.
