Have been going back and forth with several Shopify advisors over the past week but none have been able to provide me with a solution yet. They don't seem to be trained on how to solve the issue but keep repeating me the same thing over and over again. Shopify should give them some training on how to solve this solution, since it seems that is a common issue that others are experiencing too. Simple solution should be when Shopify user is not able to automatically connect a domain name because of the errors above, Shopify should be able to manually verify domain name and connect manually on their end.

Same issue we are facing too. Still no resolution from the team. Following up to support advisors from 20 days.

This is ridiculous. I am exactly at 14 days since my issue was escalated and have not heard a word back from Shopify technical support. I finished designing my store like a month ago and only thing holding me from launching is this issue which i am loosing hope on it getting resolved. Might have to start looking into other alternative platforms to continue with my website.

I would suggest reaching out to our live support and asking for an update on the situation. Additionally, you can provide the most recent ticket number that you have received when speaking to our support to allow the Support Advisor to be caught up on the situation. 


With that being said, you can get in direct contact with our live support by navigating to the Help Center. Once you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to let the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected accordingly.
