Domain couldn't be verified; These domains couldn't be connected because the stores are frozen

Hi ,

Till 1 week, I'm trying to connect my domain "www.tfest1968.com"  to my shopify store "www.tfest1968.myshopify.com" (I only have one shop here) but unfortunately it keeps showing "Domain couldn't be verified; These domains couldn't be connected because the stores are frozen" - (Screenshot attached) 

I tried to do the same process (A,CNAME,TXT) again but each time it gave the same error. AND also I checked DNS Propagation Map by DNSChecker.org AND still not working 

Can anyone please help with that, as support team has taken almost a WEEK but there is no solution?
