Domain has been locked by Shopify Domain Service???

Deactivated my store for reasons then reactivated it a couple days ago. Got an email from "<mailer@shopify.com>" saying:

"

Your domain (---.com) has been locked to Shopify's domain service.
Locking your domain helps prevent fraudulent transfers of your domain to another hosting company. Your domain subscription will expire on July 30, 2025.
"

 

I checked my domains under settings to reactivate and my domain isn't showing up. 

 

How do I unlock the domain because if I can't get the domain my website and business is useless as I already got a LLC/EIN/Bank account in that domain name...

The domain has a year to expire.

I have a same issue and support is utterly rubbish to help. They have escalated it to Security team and security team hasnt even replied to any of the correspondence. Its been a week and iam withouht a domain. These guys are clearly not here to help just to make money. RUbbish

Same thing happening with me and my domain. Already contacted support multiple times but no help. On assistant said she would escalate to internal but no response since.
