Domain payment still on pending and domain is using from another store

Hi,

I've been keep dealing with this issue last 2 hours all my works have stopped.

I tried to buy domain from shopify i did it before and it was so smooth. When i tried to buy this time i forgot there was no money in my account i tried buy but error occur and it didn't happen. And there was a warning on the screen ''domain wasn't buy''

I send money in my account and tried to buy it again, i bought it this time it took the money but there was a error this domain is already exist. And right now it's not showing up in my domains list and when i try to connect a exist domain it says another store using this domain. I need your help please.
