Domain pointed wrong, Shopify cant fix it for two months now! Contacted Ceo

Shopify team pointed wrong our co.uk domain, all other domain countries are working fine, but as we are in UK, we cant launch properly,  they say "Specialised Team" working on it! Its been two months and its quite simple work from their side, its loss of process and sales for us!!!

ticket number 48797818, we sent messages and commented under Shopify CEO's posts in Linkedin(know we are trying everything)

if anyone from Shopify sees this please fix it asap, we have to get it very public and social, we own more websites through Shopify, will simply have to close and move on, as its been unacceptable and scary same time, if site would be extremely busy, huge losses would occur over such a simple glitch,

I don't work for Shopify so I don't have access to your ticket, I was just going to help you look at your DNS configuration from your end to make sure everything is setup correctly
