domain transfer

im trying to transfer my domain, but at time to pay it appears a "no enough funds" message.

i check with my bank and they said i have the funds to complete the transaction, i was tried to use different cards from different financial institution and the same message comes out .

any ideas or suggestions another payment method

Where are you transferring from and where are you trying to transfer to? I'd be happy to take a look into any error messages we might be able to see on the back end for you.

I've gone ahead and sent you an email to the email address associated with you Shopify Community Forums account. If this is the same email address you use for your store's Account Owner you can simply respond to the email and provide your URL. If you use a separate email address, you can CC the correct one and respond to the email thread through there.
