Hello, Ive tried to contact the shopify team multiple times but they say the same thing.

I did sell my domain to some one else, and he cant connect the domein to his store because my store was frozen before.

Now i cant login to my own store to delete the store or domain, and he cant connect it. What is the solution please?????

Hi @kubhaenterprise 

Is your domain from Shopify or from a third party domain provider? If from third party domain provider, you will need to reach out directly to them so, they can check and fix your DNS record in order to disconnect to your Shopify account so, the new domain owner can connect the domain on their account. But, if it is from Shopify and your store is frozen or have unpaid balance that caused it to freeze, you will need to pay the unpaid balance in order to re-open your store and transfer your domain to the new owner from there.

Hello,

Its from a Third. But when the new guy wants to connect it. It says this
domein is connected to a frozen store. Because in the past my store was
frozen. Than i sold the domain.

Now when the new owner wants to connect his store it says this :
1 Domain cant be verified because the ‘shop’ is blocked.
Can you guys delete the shop on my account or something, because i’ve send
multiple emails but no answer yet.
