Why if you don't see 'Fix this' next to your sender email field? Does that mean it's already setup?

I'm having the same issue. I did at some point find info about adding the CNAME records to my domain hosting service, but I never authenticated because it said it would take some time. Now i can't find it again. Did it self authenticate?
