Dramatic Decrease in recorded Online Store Sessions for over a month

Hi there,

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing a dramatic decrease in online store sessions recorded. For over a month now our recorded sessions have dropped by 90%! Google analytics shows the same decrease. However all other apps - Judge Me, Push Owl, Klaviyo our Adwords paid clicks are showing our true traffic. Data is skewed. 

Shopify support do not get back to me on this issue and hardly any info on the net. Please is anyone has resolved this issue, let us know how?

Same issue, my shopify sessions showing me a decrease in sessions by 90% where as google analytics and microsoft clarity has 700+ sessions recorded, support team denies by saying everything is correct from their end.

We are really worried please do let me know if you anyone could resolve this issue.
