Drop down links don't work from home page

From the home page on desktop, the drop down menu's under Shop and Collections don't work. They will either take you to a 404 page or a main collections page. But once you've clicked elsewhere like FAQ or About and then you go back to Shop and Collections, the drop down menus work and show the line underneath the menu navigation item (as seen in 2nd photo)

I tried linking the pages directly with the navigation main menu settings, as well as creating a collection of just stickers or stationery and linking to the collection. How do I get these navigation items to work from the home page the first time? Thank you!

I checked your website and somehow on the homepage, some of the dropdowns are linked to a collection called "most-loved" which causes the 404 page.

Do you have any idea how this non-existent collection is added to the dropdown?
