Drop down menus not working on mobile phones

Hi the drop down menus on our wesbite are working fine on a pc or mac but don't work on any mobile phone devices.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why?

can you please explain which dropdown menu because the hamburger menu is working fine on mobile and there is no dropdown menu in the main navigation which you need if you can share a screenshot that would be great for me to understand your issue.

Hi, so on a mobile there's a menu for jewellery but when you click on the arrow it just takes you into the main jewellery list and doesn't give you the option to choose, necklaces, earrings, rings etc.
