Dear All,
I am getting mad and frustrated by tiktok seller center system. I do have clothing shopify store, in the begining when I was testing products, I tried printful, printify, and other dropshipping apps to my shopify store.
After testing, i went with my own clothing (no dropshipping), but i forgot to remove those dropshipping apps from my store.
I am a business seller and my trademark is also owned by me. I starting tiktok shop and synced my products to tiktok shop. that added all the 5 warehouses to my tiktok shop. just after adding products, I got 1 order, ( i don't know for some reason, tiktok hides the buyer;s information) anyways, i was in the process of setting up my shop in proper way whilst I got the order.
Now the thing is, Shipping was selected: Shipped by Platform, and buyer paid for the shipping.
But because I have multiple warehouses, I cannot create Label, it gives me this error ( Collection method settings are not available to sellers with multiple warehouses. Contact customer support for further assistance.)

And, there's no way to delete the warehouses. I don't know what should I do....
Please can anyone help 😕
I tried to open ticket but it is only giving me options for south east asia countries for customer support, there's no UK support.

Hi - This is the exact thing that's happened to me!! I've contacted customer support (UK) but haven't heard back yet, hopefully soon! I've been going round in circles trying to download and source the information from the label just to order and process myself!! Did you ever get a resolution? Apparently there isn't one out there so I'm not so sure where to go from here...
