Dropshipping lisence

Good day everyone

I have a question about having a trading license in particular countries.  

Currently, I am living in UAE, Dubai. I had researched how to set up a business here and I come across a trading license required in order to start an eCommerce business. If anyone here is from UAE please give me your helpful tips, advice regarding this question. 

I won't ship to UAE, my targets are for the USA, UK, and China.
