Dropshipping store having a hard time staying afloat shopify is not letting me decide with my money

I am just wondering if anyone has had Shopify take your profits before you order customers product to pay shopify already raised by 10 bucks price monthly subscription that should be only done after customer is taken care of it has put me in a really bad situation and I always intended on paying my last remaining store but this is crazy
