Hi Riya

If this is for your product fallback image (i.e. automatically set an image if you don't set one) - you can follow these steps in order to change it:

  1. Create your new default image in jpg format, and name it "default-image.jpg".
  2. Go to admin > Online Store > Themes > Edit Code.
  3. Go to the Assets folder, and find the existing default-image.jpg. Click the pencil icon to edit it, and change its filename to default-image-OLD.jpg.
  4. Within the Assets folder, click the "Add a new asset" link. Use the pop-up form to upload your new image.

Now in terms of where to actually get these images from you have a few options,

1 - Canva (This is likely closest to your needs but you may need to style it yourself)

2- Pexels

3 - Unsplash

Hey @amisha-29,
I would love to help out but I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve, so if you could ellaborate a little more and maybe provide an example from another website it will be great.
Sincerely,
