Dynamic text under add to cart button depending on size

Is there a way to add custom text under or above the add to cart button depending on what size is selected? For example, some sizes are on sold out but arriving soon and would like to add something like "this size ships 7-29".  Tried using metafields but it does not seem to work.

The Easify Product Options app might help solve your issue quickly. Here’s how you can set it up 🤗:

• Install the app and create a new option set.

• Add a Paragraph option type, and input the text you want (e.g., "This size ships 7-29") to display when a customer selects a specific size (e.g., Small).

• Set advanced Conditional logic so this Paragraph only shows when customers select the Shopify variant as "Small".

• Add the option set to your relevant product.

• In the app’s Settings page, you can easily position the text above or below the "Add to Cart" button as you prefer.
