E-mail Subscribers Added to Kit

Hello!

I am using Kit as my ESP and am trying to figure out how to automate my subscribers to be added to my Kit mailing list instead of my customer list in Shopify. I created a form in Kit and have the code for it, but I don't know how to embed it in place of my mailing list sign up sections on my Shopify site. I don't know if that's the best way to do this either. Any help would be appreciated!
