Easier way to enter outside sales?

My retail store does a lot of popup sales outside of our shop where others collect our sales and then we need to enter in all the items sold at a later date.  Is there a way to easily enter in larger product sales without having to search each individual item to add to the create order feature?  

we do not allow our outside sales to have a POS go or anything of that nature since we don't know all of the volunteers selling our items. 

We need a way to enter sales into shopify quickly without having to search for each item one at a time on a dropdown list.
