Edit Code - New Gift Card

Hello, 

I'm having branding issues when adding a new egift card. It's saying AVERY HAHN at the top of the gift card and I don't want it to say that. I also don't see that anywhere in the code. I've been in contact with Shopify Support and have been told to contact this. 

I need "AVERY HAHN" to be replaced with "Ave & Ash"
