Hello!
I use Dawn 2.0 theme. I recently added a checkbox and some text regarding SMS consent to my contact form:
When the form is submitted, the custom field value is not sent with the email notification we receive:
Can someone please help me figure out how to have the custom data flow into that email notification? Something like "SMS Consent:" and either TRUE or FALSE. I can't find this email in the notification settings and have tried Googling it for the last hour with no luck.
