All things Shopify and commerce
Hi, @Minkmoney.
Was the A record to your domain only recently added or updated?
The reason that I ask is because typically, up to 48 hours will need to be given for any changes to a domain's DNS settings to take effect. So if you've recently made changes to any of your domain's DNS settings, then you'll need to wait for the domain to fully propagate before the system can recognize that it's pointing to the correct records.
If you're still seeing the warning or error message on your domain settings after the 48-hour period, you can get in touch with our live support team via the Help Center, by typing contact support in the chat box, so that we can investigate your domain in more detail from our end.
Please note however that seeing as your domain is managed by a third-party provider, Squarespace, our team's scope of support may be slightly limited as we won't be able to access your DNS settings from our end. In saying this, do get in touch with our live support team if you're still seeing the warning message so that we can perform some initial troubleshooting for you. If they've determined that the issue lies within your domain, then they may get you to contact the Squarespace team directly for further assistance. So just a heads up on that in case it's something that our team may do.
