Ella theme mega menu issue. The submenus are messed up.

I am facing the mega menu issue in the ella theme. The submenus are messed up. When change the screen size then it was fixed but for the first load it not worked. Can anyone suggest me how to fix this issue?

target buy app interferes with your theme code.

They use the same library and somehow the app overrides the copy loaded by theme...
