I am experiencing a critical issue with email authentication after transferring my domain ownership from Squarespace to Shopify. Since the transfer, I’ve been unable to get email authentication to work, and Shopify now controls my DNS settings.

Here’s a summary of the situation:

• Issue: Despite following all troubleshooting steps and providing 16 screenshots, emails are still being sent from a generic Shopify address (e.g., store+6348333727262117@m.shopifyemail.com) rather than my custom domain (brandname.com).
• Steps Taken: I’ve updated my DNS settings and completed all required verification steps multiple times, yet the domain authentication continues to fail.
• Current Status: Shopify now controls my DNS, but the email authentication process still isn’t working, and emails are sent from a generic Shopify address, which is significantly impacting my business.

This issue has persisted for 10 days, and after transferring my domain from Squarespace to Shopify, it has not been resolved.
