Hi @Mohaiz !

 

Since you already pointed your domain from Cpanel to Shopify, all emails on this domain will be sent to the email address you registered and verified under this domain. You can also reach out to your domain provider so they can guide thoroughly how to set up your domain settings and records on how you like it to work.

Hello Mohaiz..
After some search, I found a temporary solution which is to covert the CNAME for "mail.yourdomain.com" to be an A record. This allowed me to receive email. However, with around 2 hours delay, and sometimes not receiveng at all.
Please let me know if you were able to find any better solution for this.
