All things Shopify and commerce
Hello,
I received an email from [email protected] stating that I will be suspended immediately if I do not hire a shopify expert partner to resolve the issue. Now Simplistic wants to charge me $300 to rectify it. All insights, thoughts and advice is welcomed.

Hi,
That email seems suspicious, as Shopify typically contacts store owners through official channels, not a Gmail address. I'd recommend not responding or paying anyone until you've verified the issue directly with Shopify support through their official website or admin dashboard. Always be cautious of phishing attempts, and only hire verified Shopify Experts from the official Shopify Experts Marketplace.
@WriteToFeel You're very welcome! I'm glad I could help and provide some clarity. Thank you for your kind words—I truly appreciate them. Wishing you a smooth and successful week ahead!
