email subscription preferences

I am trying to create separate email lists and allow the customer to choose to be on specific email lists.

For example, they could choose “upholstery emails” or “window treatment emails” or “all emails”

Maybe like a required button on the customer registration that says

(Starting position) “Sign me up for all emails”

(2nd position) “sign me up for only upholstery emails”

3rd position) “sign me up for only window treatment emails”

4th position) “Don’t sign me up for any emails.”

How would I do this

And then how do I add existing customers to the lists or give them the option to choose in their profile what list they are on?

and add a manage email preferences button that i can include in the bottom of my emails.

( i am currently using the "Accounts Concierge" app, which allows me to create custom forms where i can make a multi choice question like the one i did above. and i made segments for "upholstery emails" and "window treatment emails" but i need the custom form to apply those tags to the customer when they check those boxes.
