Embedding Buy Button into lightbox... Buy Button not working. - Shopify Community

I can embed the buy button, in to my page and it works great. However, when I embed the button in a Fancybox popup window, the button doesnt work, doesnt do anything. The button is there, the iframe from shopify is there, but the button doesnt do anything.

So, the flow is:

Customer clicks my 'view product' link, which triggers the light box, in which i have my shopify button embeded.
