Hey everyone on the safari the only thing that worked for me was to turn off cross site tracking under safari settings.

That’s exactly the only thing that worked for me as well. Although, when I log out, I check the box again, just to be safe.

Turn off "prevent cross site tracking" in Safari. All the other instructions online are wrong. This is the only one that worked for me. In Safari 16.2>preferences>privacy>website tracking prevent cross site tracking (uncheck it)

For anyone having this problem: When you go into your google settings to create exceptions to allow shopify as a company who can use third-party cookies, inserting “[*.]” before a domain name creates an exception for the entire domain in your google settings (for third-party cookie exceptions). For example, adding “[*.]google.com” means that third-party cookies can also be active for mail.google.com, because it’s part of google.com. I think this is ideal and actually gets the job done. Don't include the http:// or www when inserting this, I made that mistake initially and it didn't work, just put the [*.] symbols before the actual domain with the .com and things should go very smoothly, that's how it worked for me.

Has there been any update on a solution for this? Specifically for Safari.

After trying everything, I finally found a solution that worked for me.

This solution is for Google Chrome only:

  1. Open Chrome and click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, click on Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site Settings.
  5. Scroll down and find Tracking Protection, then click on it.
  6. Scroll down to the section titled Sites allowed to use third-party cookies.
  7. Click Add and enter the following:
    • Enter [*.]shopify.com and click Add.

This should solve the issue.
