Enabling PayPal Pay Later Payments(PayPal Pay In 4) on Shopify Store

Dear Shopify Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to seek assistance regarding the integration of PayPal Pay Later payment options into my Shopify store.

I've successfully activated PayPal Express Checkout as a payment method on my Shopify store. However, I'm interested in enabling the Pay Later feature, allowing customers to split their payments into four installments through PayPal.

I've noticed that many other Shopify stores have successfully implemented this feature, which has proven to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.

Could you please provide guidance on how to enable PayPal Pay Later payments within the PayPal Express Checkout integration on Shopify? Any insights, tips, or references to relevant documentation would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't find any solution yet, I didn't find any proper info regarding it, one of the Shopify staff member said we have to enable it from the PayPal then it will be automatically displayed, so you should contact your PayPal helpline and asked them whether you are eligible for pay 4 later or not, if you are eligible then it should be display automatically in Shopify otherwise not

In the past two days I have had two Australian customers getting very grumpy with me (my store is in New Zealand) because they have tried to use Pay in 4 and it has failed, with their first payment held by Paypal but we have not received an order.  I thought it was only for Australian (and a few other countries) MERCHANTS, but one of the customers in Australia says she has successfully used Pay in 4 with other NZ merchants.  
I've tried phoning Paypal - hoping to hear back but I won't hold my breath.
