Enhancement needed: Shopify Tags Manager!

SHOPIFY TAG MANAGER!!!

I've been using Shopify for a few months now and love the ecosystem.  In my last system, we used and managed the tag feature often for products, customer data, and vendors.  In the switch, I noticed there is not an admin section for managing all the tags!  We need a Shopify Tag Manager to view, edit, and add data to tags.  I do understand collections is where you can build a tag out but what about tags on customer data? 

Is there an app to manage tags?  Is there a section to manage tags within the Shopify admin?
