Hello, I'd like to know if that is the officially New plan order in shopify or it's just a temporary preferential discount? is there a certain end date?

The $1/month for 1 months is the new plan when creating a Shopify store. For more details about features of different plans, please review our plan page.
When the first month have passed, you will remain on the plan you've chosen, and will pay the full plan price. We'll send an email notifying you the day before your first full-price invoice.
I'd love to hear what kind of store you're interested in starting. In the meantime, check out our Shopify FAQ to get a brief overview of the platform and learn about how to start selling, how payments work and shipping information.

I appreciate your respond, But I'd like to know if it's possible that when this discount gonna end? i mean when the plan gonna go back to 29$ for the first months

There is no end date for the $1 month for 3 months as this is how new stores are treated going forward. Did you have any questions about creating a store or which plan you're interested in selecting?

I have a store - caretoshare.myshopify.com which I created a few weeks ago. When I created it, it said I would get 3 months at $1/mo. But Now it's wanting to bill me 29.99 and not giving the 3 month price. I heard only new users can get this special, not existing users who create new stores - is this correct? Can existing users who create new stores get this price for their new store?

Welcome to the Shopify Community and thanks for joining the thread.
The $1 month for 3 months extended trial applies to merchants that selected either the Basic Plan or Starter Plan after October 20th. This should apply to you if you've chosen the Basic Plan or Starter Plan as you mentioned you created your store a few weeks ago.
To clarify, once the 3-month period is finished, you will be required to pay the total price of your selected plan as normal (The Basic Plan or Starter Plan.)
If you're not seeing the extended trial after selecting one of the two plans mentioned, I encourage you to reach out to our support through the Shopify Help Center. Our team will be able to take a look at your account to investigate further and what next steps can be taken.

Hello dear Victoria, I recently (2 or 3 days ago) chose a plan to start new on shopify, but did not get the 3 free months. It would be very nice to have them tho for getting comfortable with the platform. I would be very grateful if there might be a chance to get them belated. Do you see a possibility for that? Could you share what subscription plan you've chosen?
Are you able to share a screenshot of your Settings > Plan section, so we can see what plan was selected. When selecting the Basic, Shopify, Advanced, Starter and Retail plans, you should see $1/month for first 3 months. This is outlined in our Plans + Pricing resource.

Thank you very much for your reply.
Before I started creating a webpage it said "$1/month for first 3 months". However when I booked the Basic Plan it showed me "$1 USD/month until 25 March 2024" as you can see in the screenshot below. Then I booked another Basic Plan for another webpage and it happened again.

I signed up for shopify during the 1€ 3 months deal but now shopify has a 1€ 1 month deal and the thing is I am getting charged 32€ for my second month even tough I signed up during the 3 months deal.
Is there any way you can help me pay the 1€ for the remaining 2 months I signed up for because I really cannot do 32€ at the moment.

Starting on Jan 29, 2024 the $1 for 3 months trial length was changed to $1 for 1 month. However, we can take a further look into the billing of your Shopify store to confirm this. Since we are unable to authenticate you over the Community forums, we are unable to view the specifics. In this case, it would be best to speak with our live support about the situation by navigating to our Help Center.
When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.

Hey Ollie,
Thank you for the response but I remember signing up for shopify on the beginning of March and the 3 months sale was still active, I googled it and it seems that it was discontinued on March 2024 so probably late March as I had already signed up before the sale changed to 1€ 1 month.
I am having a little bit of trouble getting in a live chat with an assistant, can you tell me any other way I have to prove that I signed up while the sale was still active?

Once you complete the form, you should see the options to speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation. They are in the best position to take a further look into the billing of your account and store to advise next steps.
