All things Shopify and commerce
Hello
Im currently using Enterprise Version 1.6.1 and have version 1.6.2 downloaded as a preview test mode upgrade option ready to publish. (Both are having the same problem)
My current setup has been a default homepage and a additional UK Version homepage template
We set up the addition template which is our full website and is currently published "Live" and fully working to the end user, all product updates and checkout working fine.
This was last updated 2nd of April, since then adding new products is working fine checkout and sales all fully functioning.
I have come today to update the front page for Easter (Currenty Easter Weekend in the UK) change promo codes etc.
I am only getting one option for my home page template (Default) im not getting my second template (called UK)
which is our current live website which i normally update and publish to make Live changes.
The default page is just very basic empty boxes and is nothing like the full UK template which has everything and is basically our full website.
Building a new store front is not a viable option.
Can anyone advise please why this template has gone, I dont have the option to add a new template which is strange.
If this is a major change is it possible to convert a live published page back to a editable template (I think i know the answer to that question)
Any help really appreciated this one has stumped me.
We paid for the app license for Enterprise theme in full (approx $400 before UK conversion rate)
We are currently on shopify Grow Plan Monthly subscription.
Been working great for last few months came today to make changes and its not there..
Any help greatly appreciated
Many thanks in advance
Nick
You mean you have Default market and UK market and you have been editing your UK market version of the site and now it's not there?
Do you have any apps to automatically redirect to markets based on geolocation?
Can you share some screenshots in Admin and a link to your store? Otherwise it's hard to even guess.
