All things Shopify and commerce
I have a Shopify account that I use to access a few different shops (its used as a staff account to check orders and do fulfilment, its not the main account on any of the shops) and I have given it permission to view the shipping and delivery settings however when I try to access it from that account, I get a 500 error (see pic attached).
Main admin account works fine and every other setting page is accessible using that account, its just the shipping and delivery page that gives the 500 error.
I have tried all the obvious things, such as clearing the cache, a different browser, and even a different PC but I always get the 500 error. Also interesting is that its happening across multiple shops, so its not a specific issue with one shop that the account has access to.
Any help on resolving this would be appreciated.

For anyone else who runs into this issue or a similar one, this is what happened.
I contacted support (first level), they were able to replicate the issue and suggested it might be a bug, so the ticket was elevated. Within 24 hours, someone got back to be with the following message ....
After validating your staff member's permissions, it appears that they are missing the necessary permission. To access the shipping and delivery section in the admin, the staff member must have both "Manage settings" and "Shipping & Delivery" permissions under the store settings. You can check the screenshot below for your reference.
I have my doubts because the same thing was happening on multiple stores and we didn't update any permissions for some time, only on one store but that was because I was trying to replicate the problem. It also seems counterintuitive to have to ALSO select "manage settings" especially considering locations and all other enabled features were still working (it was only shipping and delivery that gave the 500 error).
Anyway, despite it not making much sense, it is a fix, so other than the worry of having to give more unnecessary permissions to staff, you can give that a go if you run into the same.
Care to share or is this some ploy for me to pay for a service?
Thanks, I did try to adjust permissions, remove then add again, etc etc, but didn't help. I have limited accounts, so even if it does work on another account, it does not solve my issue.
I will probably have to contact support
