Hi all.

Error Message: Your cart has been updated and the items you added can’t be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order.

In Admin>Shipping and Delivery I have a custom shipping rate zone set up for Taser. (Restricting shipping to some states. Not CT)
In Admin>Shipping and Delivery>Manage Shipping Profile I have added every Taser product to the Products for that shipping rate zone.
I have placed an order from my live store shipping a Taser to Connecticut (CT) and I get that error message.

As far as I know, if I have a Product added to a shipping profile and that shipping profile allows shipping to that state, the order should go through...  

I'm using the Warehouse template but I don't think that matters.

I have other shipping zones set up and they work fine.

I have made sure that each Product with a restriction is only in one shipping zone.

I also created a new shipping profile 'New Taser' and removed four products from the old profile and added them to the new one. 

I then added a shipping zone to the new profile that included Connecticut.

Still didn't work.

Hopefully last update...     Is anyone out there?

With the Taser shipping profile in place, it will not let me purchase a taser even though I'm shipping to a valid state (CT).  But here's the weird thing - if I add another product to my cart (restricted non-taser and unrestricted), it does the right thing.  If I then change my shipping address to Rhode Island where tasers are prohibited, it still does the right thing and won't let me.
