I received this message when I went to Checkout for my store. I got all kinds of troubleshooting tips regarding liquid, codes, etc.  I have looked at my payment with Shopify, I have seen all the list of codes. This is all above my head and I did a big boot promo today and now no one can purchase! I need step by step guidance.

Something went wrong.

What happened?

Checkouts are not currently enabled: Merchant's trial period expired.

What can I do?

Hi, @BDLowman47

Sorry to hear your customers are unable to checkout and are receiving this error. I understand how important this is. Thank you for the screenshot, that is helpful for troubleshooting. Did you recently change your plan from a trial or pause plan? What plan are you on? Basic, Shopify or Advanced?

To troubleshoot this error, please try briefly changing your plan onto the Lite plan, and then back onto the plan of your choice, such as the Basic plan. You can do this under Settings > Plan > Change plan from your Shopify admin. Then try going through the checkout.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, or you're not comfortable following these steps, the best thing you can do is reach out to our Support team right away for assistance. To reach our Support team, follow the link to our Contact page, login to your store, search for the issue you need help with, for example "checkout error" then look for the option to Continue to get support. From there, you'll be able to speak with our team via live chat, or callback request, which will be the fastest way to address this issue.

Let me know how this goes.
