Hi,
I signed up for Shopify Collabs and my Instagram won't connect!!
Every time I click "connect" it takes me to a screen and asks me to either Allow or Deny the connection...I click "Allow" and then it tries to go to my Instagram account but then a black screen appears with an error message saying "Error. Unauthorized".
Please help!
I have an Instagram Creator account.
My Tik Tok account connected to Shopify Collabs without any issues!
I don't understand why my Instagram won't connect?!
Any help is appreciated!!

If so, I'd encourage you to attempt some local troubleshooting steps. This will allow us to determine whether this issue is related to your browser or Shopify. For ease, I've gone ahead and listed a few steps below that you can attempt to see if this helps to resolve:

Log into your shop.

I am also having the same issue and I've tried all of the options above as well as connecting directly to a chat. Is there a way we can contact a human to discuss this issue? I need to be able to connect my account for a company I am working with, it looks like this is on the Shopify end as I've seen many people are having an issue connecting.

Nope! I have well over 1,000 IG Followers and can't seem to get this issue figured out!
Honestly, I just kinda gave up with Shopify....I was working with the Brand Dr. Brandt but, then they required me to sign up for Shopify Collabs to continue working with them...which brings me to today and I STILL can't get it fixed! No matter what I do...
My Tik Tok account connected without any issues but I only have like 800 Followers there because...well, I just don't care for TT, I prefer Instagram.
I'm going to retry everything Blair mentioned, if something magically works I'll definitely let you know!
I'm doing all of this on my cell phone...I don't have Firefox and whatever else Blair mentioned...so, idk how well this is going to work but I'm hopeful!
I feel like this is a little ridiculous...Instagram is one of the largest social media platforms in the world and I can't get it connected to Shopify 🤦🏻♀️
I wish there was a way to actually talk to a person!
