Why did this show up after my post?
"Correct the highlighted errors and try again.
Post flooding detected (community received posts of a unique message more than 1 times within 3,600 seconds)" It showed after a single post. Thank you.

This error can appear when you try to post too often on the Community. Please wait some time before posting again or you can try posting again via a private or Incognito web browser window.

I just tried switching to an incognito browser, and got the error again: "Post flooding detected (community received posts of a unique message more than 1 times within 3,600 seconds)"

I got multiple error messages before this (wrong file type, must select a location, must have a label, etc) and attempted to post multiple times. I am guessing that's what triggered this error? Then when I tried in an incognito browser, I tried to post and then it gave an error about it being a duplicate draft post that again blocked it from posting.  

To fix: Delete draft, then go to incognito browser, ensure all required fields are filled in, then post from incognito
