After trying to find an email to inform Shopify of an error posted on their site regarding an event, I forced to create an account and deal with an unhelpful AI chatbot.
Nonetheless, here I am writing in community fourm, when this could have been resolved with one email to support, so they can forward it to the right people.
I digress.
As I was signing up for the Naruto 25th & BLEACH 20th Anniversary Pop-up, I noticed that the meet and greet with Masakazu Morita and Noriaki Sugiyama were dated for OCT 17 and OCT 18 in the bottom of the page. I am confused because which date is it? Is it the 17th or the 18th of October that they will be present on the event?

Shopify is a PLATFORM , like a mall it is not the employees for individual shops, or like a road it is not responsible for individual drivers.

thank you for taking the time to respond. However, the solution you have provided was not helpful in resolving this matter. The specific website did not have a specific method of contact. I had to resort to messaging Shopify via X to get assistance. Moreover, Shopify is a platform but it’s also a business that is tied to a brand. Therefore, this event is tied to their brand and promoted by Shopify themselves.
