Hi, a customer is subscribed on our email list with her correct email (checked and verified) and its not sending to her. Her order confirmations are not going through and its coming up with an error "Email address doesn't exist". We've tried deleting and re-adding it to her profile but it still doesn't go through. Is there some way to fix this so that we can contact this customer through Shopify site and send her marketing emails?
It used to be SO EASY to get in contact with a real Shopify support person. Now it is near impossible.

Having the same issue. We have a customer that we've verified the email address with third-party tools but transactional emails from Shopify don't go through and it shows an error "Email address does not exist."
Same issue. Support says they are working on it. it's now 2 months later. this is critical issue because we have switched to New Customer Accounts and this leaves the customer with no way to login.
