Hello Shopify Team!

First of all i really like your platform because of its simplicity and ease of use

My concern is that i am using this account for maybe 1-2 months and i didnt face any problems accordingly

but as of today 07/30/2024 i am trying to login to my account it is showing error "Your account bxxxxxxxx@gmail.com doesn't have permission to view this page " 

i want to confirm you guys that its my personal email mail on which i made an account and i was running it smoothly but i dont know why i am getting this issue, i have talked to you chat advisor and she gave me a ticket and by that i am currently waiting to get my issue resolved not sure when i want to get my issue resolved ASAP because my Store got on track and was generating sales 

 

PLZ help me with that

I am getting the same issue. I cleared my cache and tried different browsers and it wont load. I logged into the app on my phone and it logged in, but then immediately refreshed to show the same error message. Has this been resolved?

I am facing same issue , team shopify i am also waiting for my issue to be resolved since 1 day .. facing a lot of delay .. someone please help here on priority.

Regarding the issue with your account, it sounds frustrating, especially since your store is generating sales. The error message you’re seeing usually indicates a permissions issue, and this is your personal account, it’s likely something that needs to be addressed on Shopify’s end.

you’ve already contacted support and have a ticket, I will say you should be following up with them if you don’t hear back soon. In the meantime, double-check that you're logging in with the correct email and try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser just to rule out any local issue.
