Hello folks,
I tried searching the entire community, but I had no luck.
We have been using Shopify for 2 years without any issues so far. We have a dedicated developer team working for us constantly. However, recently we encountered an error that is not related to our code.
Our developers were unable to help, so they recommended that we reach out to Shopify directly.
After contacting them, we discovered that this issue seems to be impacting other merchants as well. However, I personally randomly checked 15-20 stores, and none of them seem to be affected.
The issue lies with the URL "collections/all". We use this URL to view and retrieve all the product pages, and from there, we fetch the last 15 products labeled as "new arrivals" for our top page. Since two days ago, we have been encountering an error message that says "Liquid error (sections/recently-created-products line 41)". After consulting with our development team, they informed us that the code was unable to fetch data from "collections/all", and indeed, when I visit the URL "mydomain.yyy/collections/all", I receive the following error.
My question is, have any of you faced a similar issue?

I also saw a post here that got collection pages issue similar to yours today.
sections/recently-created-products? I can't find this file from 2 of our stores. Will that be related to the custom theme or app?
Yes this is our custom code to fetch the data from collections/all . The main issue is that collections/all stopped working..

I checked the post, thank you very much and yes, the issue seems related.. However, on our case only /collections/all is not working.
By the way, do you have a solution or an idea for that?
