I am trying to integrate Tik Tok Shop with Shopify but I'm getting an error message each time: Access token is invalid; detail:your token has been deauthorised

 

Has anyone else had this issue and know what to do?

- Ensure that your account is properly set up and linked to Shopify.

3. **Update Access Token:**
- If you have the option to manually update or refresh the access token, do so. You might need to generate a new token from TikTok Shop and update it in the Shopify app settings.

4. **Clear Cache and Cookies:**

It looks like it might be a TikTok Issue, which would be awful because their support is not very helpful. Seems there is a broken connection and orders are not importing from TTS to Shopify.

I guess TT is so big that they don't really care about us small businesses. I already turned to third-party free apps and now use eBooster. Quick response and smooth sync that I never experienced in TT. I have no idea why they never answered my questions!!
