How long does it take for them to actually fix an escalated ticket. I'm unable to receive any payouts and it's very stressful and detrimental to My small business.

I also have this issue. I'm sorry that this affects your small business. Does anyone have experience with this? How do you get Shopify to respond when they don't/won't pay you?

 

I share your issue and frustration. I notified Shopify on Sept. 18 that I have not received payouts for a while. The CSR (hopefully it was a human) told me I was missing documentation and that they had notified me of the issue a while ago. I received no such notification, but who knows? Maybe the spam filter ate it. I grant that. The CSR told me the verification team would contact me by email. I confirmed my email address with them and now I'm waiting. I have chatted with Shopify three times since then and have been told each time my ticket has been "escalated". No follow up. No attempted contact. No next steps. Escalation means nothing.  

 

I think waiting over a month just to be contacted, let alone have the situation resolved, is terrible business practice. I'm not giving out all the details of my situation but this is an egregious problem. 

 

Meanwhile, Shopify certainly found time to send me a bill every month!
