Estafas con shopify: verdana calzado Chile

como Shopify evita que se ocupe su página para estafas?  

esta página roba plata y datos con Shopify 

Si esto es reiterado me parece que SHOPIFY TIENE TESPONSABILIDAD

On April 27, I purchased an airwrap hair dryer, order number #1771. What I received is not what was advertised, so I wish to return the product. I have written numerous times to the contact email provided by the seller, contato@madsonairwrap.com, in these 25 days and the email bounces all the messages. There are no alternative contact methods, no phone number, no contact form, or social media. I paid cash on delivery, so I can't reverse the charge at the bank either. When filling out the form, I went to the order confirmation email to find the order confirmation URL, and it says 'page not available'. I would like to report the scam. Can someone help me?
